Course Description

This course has been designed to review in detail the surgical knowledge and techniques for the immediate placement of dental implants after full-mouth extractions. The goal is to deliver a step-by-step workflow that will empower dentists with the necessary tools to approach full arch rehabilitation with confidence. Focusing on advanced surgical and restorative principles and protocols, the course is aimed to the clinician who wants to take the leap into full arch rehabilitation.

COURSE OVERVIEW

1. Diagnosis and Treatment planning for a Full Arch Case
2. Fixed vs Removable Provisionals
3. Step by step protocol for the denture conversion into an immediately loaded fixed prosthesis
4. Understand the workflow for the fabrication of the definitive prosthesis

Dr. Xavier Saab received his doctorate at the University of Guayaquil in Ecuador. He graduated Magna Cum Laude as the valedictorian of his class. Dr. Saab was awarded a full scholarship for his residency and specialty training at The University of Texas Houston Health Science Center Dental Branch, where he received his Certificate in Prosthodontics and Master of Science degree. Dr. Saab completed a residency rotation in the M. D. Anderson Cancer Center Department of Head and Neck Surgery. He has also served as a Clinical Assistant Professor in the graduate program of the UTHHSC Dental Branch Department of Restorative Dentistry.
